Terms & Conditions

Last update: September 7th, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WiseParent, WiseParent.AI, Say This, Not That™, our websites, applications, digital products, content, subscriptions, purchases, and related services.

Please read them carefully before using our services or making a purchase.

1. About Us

WiseParent is operated by:

6S Media Group Ltd
Company No. 1205003
27 Old Gloucester Street
London
WC1N 3AX
United Kingdom

In these Terms, "WiseParent", "we", "us" and "our" refer to 6S Media Group Ltd.

"You" and "your" refer to the person using our websites, applications, products or services.

Our services include, where available:

  • WiseParent.AI

  • Say This, Not That™ products

  • WiseParent websites and applications

  • Digital scripts, guides, cards, audio, video and educational materials

  • Paid and free subscriptions

  • Other WiseParent products and services expressly offered by us

Not every product or feature described across WiseParent is necessarily included in every purchase. The applicable sales or checkout page explains what is included in the particular product you purchase.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, using our services, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms clearly presented to you for the relevant product or offer.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or purchase the applicable service.

Our Privacy Policy also applies when we process personal information.

Accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications from us.

3. Who Our Services Are For

WiseParent's parenting products and services are primarily intended for adults, including parents, guardians, caregivers and other appropriate adult users.

WiseParent.AI accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular feature or service.

Children should not independently create or manage WiseParent accounts unless the relevant service expressly permits this and appropriate safeguards are in place.

If you provide information relating to a child, you confirm that you have the authority or other lawful basis required to provide and use that information.

You are responsible for supervising how WiseParent guidance or materials are used with a child.

4. Educational Purpose

WiseParent provides parenting education, communication tools and general informational support.

WiseParent, WiseParent.AI, Say This, Not That™, and our related content, scripts, tools, artificial intelligence outputs, articles, videos, audio materials, guides and resources do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, legal or other licensed professional services.

Nothing provided by WiseParent should be treated as:

  • a medical or psychological diagnosis

  • a treatment recommendation

  • a clinical assessment

  • professional therapy

  • a substitute for qualified professional advice

  • an emergency or safeguarding service

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use information or suggestions provided by WiseParent.

5. Every Child and Family Is Different

Parenting situations differ significantly.

A child's age, development, temperament, disability, neurodivergence, family circumstances, culture, environment, relationships, health and other factors may affect whether particular language or parenting approaches are appropriate.

WiseParent scripts and suggestions are intended as adaptable starting points rather than universal instructions.

You should use your own judgment and adapt suggestions to your child, family and circumstances.

6. No Guaranteed Parenting Outcomes

WiseParent does not guarantee that using our products or services will produce any particular parenting, behavioral, emotional, developmental or relationship result.

For example, we do not guarantee that a product or script will:

  • make a child cooperate

  • prevent or stop a tantrum or meltdown

  • eliminate conflict

  • change behavior within a particular period

  • improve a particular psychological or developmental outcome

  • repair a relationship

  • work in every family or situation

Our products are intended to provide practical tools and possible approaches that parents can consider and adapt.

Nothing in this section limits any separate refund or money-back guarantee that we expressly offer with a specific product.

7. WiseParent.AI and Artificial Intelligence

Certain WiseParent services use artificial intelligence.

Artificial intelligence may generate:

  • parenting suggestions

  • communication scripts

  • educational explanations

  • summaries

  • interpretations

  • personalized recommendations

  • conversational responses

  • other generated content

AI systems can make mistakes.

Outputs may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, outdated or unsuitable for your particular situation.

You should review AI-generated content using your own judgment before relying on or acting upon it.

WiseParent.AI does not independently know or understand your child in the way that you, someone who knows the child personally, or a qualified professional may.

When we describe an output as "personalized", this means the system may take account of information supplied through your account, profile, previous interactions or relevant WiseParent features. It does not mean the system has independently assessed your child.

8. No Diagnosis or Psychological Assessment

Features relating to topics such as:

  • mood

  • behavior

  • emotions

  • communication patterns

  • temperament

  • drawings

  • family patterns

  • learning

  • development

are educational support tools unless we expressly state otherwise.

They are not designed to diagnose, detect, confirm, rule out, treat or prevent any medical, psychological, psychiatric, developmental, neurological or behavioral condition.

Any interpretation provided by WiseParent should be treated as a possible perspective or conversation prompt, not a clinical conclusion.

For example, an observation generated from a child's drawing cannot establish what a child is thinking or feeling and should not be treated as a psychological assessment.

9. Emergencies and Serious Concerns

WiseParent is not an emergency, crisis, medical, mental-health, safeguarding or child-protection service.

Do not rely on WiseParent when immediate professional assistance is needed.

If you believe a child or another person may be in immediate danger, or urgently requires medical, mental-health, safeguarding or other professional assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional in your location.

10. Research and Scientific Information

WiseParent may refer to research, academic literature, professional guidance or concepts from areas including:

  • psychology

  • child development

  • parent-child communication

  • emotional regulation

  • neuroscience

  • behavior

  • learning

  • education

Research references are provided for educational context.

Unless we expressly state otherwise and hold appropriate supporting evidence, a reference to research does not mean that:

  • WiseParent itself has been clinically tested

  • Say This, Not That™ has been clinically tested

  • WiseParent.AI has been clinically validated

  • an individual script has been clinically tested

  • an individual script is scientifically proven

  • our products have been peer reviewed

Research supporting a general principle of parenting, communication or child development does not establish that a particular WiseParent product or script will produce a particular result for an individual child or family.

11. Testimonials, Reviews and Customer Stories

Testimonials, reviews, quotations, customer stories and case examples represent the experiences or opinions of the individuals providing them.

Individual experiences differ.

A testimonial should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you or your child will experience the same result.

Where required, we will disclose material relationships such as compensation, free products, incentives or other benefits provided in connection with an endorsement.

We will not knowingly publish fabricated customer reviews or testimonials or materially change the meaning of a genuine customer's experience in a misleading manner.

12. Say This, Not That™

Say This, Not That™ is a parenting-language product that provides scenario-based language, scripts and related educational materials.

Its scripts are designed to provide parents with practical starting language for common parenting situations.

They are not universal prescriptions.

You should adapt them where appropriate based on your child's age, needs, circumstances and the situation you are facing.

Unless an offer specifically states otherwise, purchasing a Say This, Not That™ product does not include WiseParent.AI or any other WiseParent product.

Likewise, purchasing WiseParent.AI does not automatically include Say This, Not That™ products unless the applicable offer expressly says it does.

13. Digital Products

Unless a particular sales page expressly states otherwise, Say This, Not That™ products sold as digital products provide digital access to the materials described on the applicable order page.

A purchase described as digital does not include printed or physical cards.

If physical products are offered separately, their availability, price, delivery terms, shipping costs and other applicable conditions will be displayed with the relevant offer.

Please review the product description before purchasing.

14. Immediate Digital Access and Cancellation Rights

Some WiseParent products provide immediate access to digital content.

Where applicable law requires it, before digital content is supplied immediately, we will ask you to expressly request that supply begins before the end of any statutory cancellation period and acknowledge any effect that this may have on your right to cancel.

Any statutory rights you have are separate from any additional commercial money-back guarantee offered by WiseParent.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Purchases and Orders

The products, prices, features and terms applicable to your purchase are those displayed to you during the applicable purchase process, subject to any obvious error.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking:

  • the product being purchased

  • whether it is digital or physical

  • what is included

  • the price

  • whether payment is one-time or recurring

  • any applicable guarantee

  • any subscription or access terms

We will provide confirmation of purchases through an appropriate durable format such as email or an account record where required.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product-description error, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid.

16. Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Applicable taxes may be included in the price or added where legally required.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may charge additional currency-conversion or transaction fees. Those charges are controlled by the relevant provider rather than WiseParent.

We may change prices for future purchases.

A price change will not retroactively change the amount you already paid for a completed one-time purchase.

17. Subscription Services

Some WiseParent services may be offered on a recurring subscription.

Before you subscribe, we will display the applicable:

  • price

  • billing frequency

  • trial or introductory period, if any

  • renewal terms

  • cancellation terms

  • material limitations

Where a subscription automatically renews, this will be disclosed before purchase.

Recurring charges continue until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

You can cancel an eligible subscription through the cancellation method made available to you, such as your account settings, the relevant app-store subscription controls, or by contacting us where applicable.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or provided under an applicable refund policy.

We may change future subscription pricing by providing appropriate advance notice where required. A new price will not be applied retroactively to a billing period already paid for.

18. App Store Purchases

If you purchase a subscription or other product through Apple, Google or another app marketplace, the marketplace may process your payment and manage cancellation or refunds.

Their applicable payment and refund rules may therefore apply in addition to these Terms.

Where the marketplace controls the transaction, you may need to manage billing or request a refund directly through that marketplace.

19. Lifetime Access Offers

WiseParent may occasionally offer a product on a "lifetime access" basis.

The exact scope of lifetime access is determined by the terms presented with that offer at the time of purchase.

A lifetime-access purchase does not automatically mean that:

  • every WiseParent product is included

  • every future separate product is included

  • every feature will remain technically unchanged forever

We may maintain, improve, replace or modify features over time.

However, we will not use this section to retrospectively contradict the material terms of a lifetime-access offer made to you or remove rights you obtained at purchase contrary to applicable consumer law.

20. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantees

Some WiseParent products include a commercial money-back guarantee.

The guarantee period and applicable conditions will be displayed with the relevant offer.

If a product is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee, an eligible refund request submitted within that period will be handled according to the guarantee presented when you purchased.

Commercial guarantees are additional to statutory consumer rights and do not replace or reduce those rights.

Where a refund is due under applicable law, we will process it in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

We may ask for reasonable information required to identify and process your purchase, but we will not create unnecessary barriers to exercising valid refund or consumer rights.

21. Digital Content Quality and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

For UK consumers, digital content and services may carry statutory protections concerning matters such as satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, conformity with description and reasonable care and skill.

If applicable law gives you rights to repair, replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction, refund or another remedy, these Terms do not remove those rights.

22. Physical Products

If WiseParent offers physical products, additional information regarding:

  • production

  • stock

  • delivery

  • shipping

  • estimated dispatch

  • returns

  • damaged items

  • pre-orders

  • crowdfunding or pre-sale arrangements

may be provided with the relevant offer.

A digital WiseParent purchase does not create a right to receive a future physical version unless the offer expressly includes it.

23. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • taking reasonable steps to protect your account

  • notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You should not share account credentials with unauthorized users.

We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and prevent fraud, misuse or security threats.

24. Information About Children and Families

WiseParent may allow adult users to provide information about their child or family in order to receive more relevant guidance.

Only provide information that you are permitted to provide.

Do not provide another person's confidential or sensitive information where you do not have the necessary authority or lawful basis to do so.

How we collect, use, retain and protect personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms do not replace our Privacy Policy.

25. Your Content

Certain features may allow you to submit information, text, photographs, drawings, images, voice input or other material.

You retain any ownership rights you have in material you provide.

You grant WiseParent and relevant service providers a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce and otherwise use that material only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the service you requested

  • operate and maintain the service

  • comply with law

  • protect the security and integrity of our systems

  • carry out other uses described in our Privacy Policy or separately agreed with you

Submitting family information, photographs or drawings does not transfer ownership of that material to WiseParent.

26. Feedback and Product Suggestions

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions or feedback specifically about improving WiseParent products, we may use that feedback without payment or obligation to you.

This does not give WiseParent ownership of your personal family information, photographs, drawings, account content or other user materials merely because they are submitted through the service.

27. Acceptable Use

You must not use WiseParent to:

  • break applicable law

  • violate another person's rights

  • access another person's account without authorization

  • interfere with the security or operation of our services

  • distribute malware or malicious code

  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • scrape or systematically extract protected content without permission

  • resell or commercially redistribute WiseParent products without authorization

  • impersonate another person

  • submit information you have no lawful right to provide

  • use the service in a way intended to harm, exploit or endanger a child or another person

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security threats, non-payment, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms.

28. Intellectual Property

WiseParent's websites, software, branding, product content and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to 6S Media Group Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable:

  • WiseParent branding

  • Say This, Not That™ scripts

  • card designs

  • educational materials

  • audio and video materials

  • indexes

  • databases

  • training content

  • software

  • original illustrations and graphics

Purchasing or accessing a product does not transfer ownership of WiseParent intellectual property to you.

Unless your particular product expressly permits broader use, purchased materials are licensed for personal and household use.

You may not, without permission:

  • reproduce substantial portions of the products

  • redistribute them

  • resell them

  • sublicense them

  • publicly upload them

  • make them available as competing databases or products

  • commercially exploit them

Normal personal use of the scripts within your family is, of course, permitted.

29. AI-Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms, you may use WiseParent.AI outputs generated for you for your own personal and household purposes.

Because artificial intelligence can produce similar outputs for different users, we do not guarantee that AI-generated material will be unique to you.

AI output may also contain inaccuracies or material requiring adaptation.

Our proprietary product materials embedded within or provided separately from AI outputs remain subject to our intellectual-property rights.

30. Third-Party Services

WiseParent may rely upon or link to third-party services such as:

  • payment processors

  • hosting providers

  • analytics providers

  • artificial-intelligence providers

  • app marketplaces

  • authentication services

  • video or audio providers

  • other technology suppliers

Some third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Where you interact directly with a third-party service, its terms may also apply.

We remain responsible for our own obligations to you and do not use this section to exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

31. Service Availability

We aim to keep our services available and functioning, but technology services can experience interruptions, maintenance, bugs and other technical issues.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may reasonably update, maintain or modify the service.

Where a change would materially affect a paid service, we will take account of the rights and legitimate interests of affected customers and provide notice where appropriate.

Nothing in this section permits us to avoid obligations that we have already undertaken to you or rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

32. Changes to Products and Features

WiseParent may add, improve, replace or remove features as our products develop.

We will not use this right in a way that unfairly deprives consumers of the substance of a paid product they purchased.

If a material change affects an ongoing paid service, any rights you have under applicable law remain available.

33. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using WiseParent at any time.

Where account deletion or subscription cancellation is available, the appropriate method will be provided through the service or relevant provider.

We may suspend or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including:

  • serious or repeated breach of these Terms

  • non-payment

  • fraud

  • unlawful use

  • threats to security

  • misuse of our services

  • legal or regulatory requirements

Where reasonable and appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

34. No Professional Relationship

Using WiseParent does not create a doctor-patient, psychologist-client, therapist-client, lawyer-client, teacher-student or other licensed professional relationship between you and WiseParent.

References to "coaching", "guidance", "advisor", "co-pilot" or similar product language describe educational product functions and do not create a regulated professional relationship.

35. Warranties

We provide WiseParent products and services with the level of care and skill required by applicable law.

Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we do not promise that:

  • every suggestion will be suitable for every situation

  • AI output will always be accurate

  • every feature will always be uninterrupted

  • our products will produce a particular parenting outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, guarantees or consumer protections that apply to you.

36. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded

  • any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude

If you are using WiseParent as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

WiseParent products are intended primarily for personal and household use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill arising from consumer use of the service.

Nothing in this section reduces statutory consumer rights.

37. Your Responsibility for Parenting Decisions

WiseParent can provide information and possible approaches, but you remain responsible for decisions concerning your child.

You should consider factors that WiseParent may not know, including:

  • immediate safety

  • medical conditions

  • professional recommendations

  • disabilities

  • developmental needs

  • school requirements

  • family circumstances

  • legal or safeguarding obligations

If WiseParent guidance conflicts with instructions from an appropriately qualified professional who understands the relevant circumstances, seek appropriate professional guidance before proceeding.

38. Communications

We may send communications necessary to:

  • operate your account

  • confirm purchases

  • provide product access

  • manage subscriptions

  • respond to support requests

  • communicate important security, legal or service information

Marketing communications are handled separately and may be subject to additional consent or opt-out rights.

39. Promotions

Promotions, giveaways, special offers or competitions may have additional terms.

If separate promotion terms apply, they will be presented with the relevant promotion.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms regarding that promotion, the specific promotion terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.

40. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, laws or business practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

If we make a material change affecting an ongoing paid service, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

Changes will not be used to retroactively remove consumer rights or materially change a completed purchase in an unfair manner.

41. Complaints and Support

If you have a problem with a WiseParent product or service, please contact us first so that we can investigate and try to resolve it.

Email:

support@wiseparent.ai

Please include enough information for us to identify your account or purchase and understand the issue.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legal rights available to you.

42. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country or place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law requires you to retain.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring or defend proceedings in another jurisdiction.

43. Severability

If part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

44. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have permanently waived our right to enforce it.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

  • our Privacy Policy

  • the product or checkout terms presented with your purchase

  • any applicable Refund Policy

  • any other specific terms expressly incorporated into your purchase

form the agreement governing the relevant WiseParent product or service.

If specific product terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will apply to that product, except where doing so would reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.
